Our Story
The idea of VINS I PLATS – Wines and Dishes came up during a road trip exploring the island some years ago, when we discovered the amazing wines at the Nave Rover winery and other sparkling gems of Mallorcan gastronomy that had to be shared.
Today we are all friends united by our love for Mallorca, its unique wines, locally sourced products, and extraordinary flavors. What truly connects us is our passion for creating unforgettable culinary moments – moments we are crafting especially for you.
In the first season, we collaborated with Es Torrent de Son Carrió, and this season we are excited to work with Stagier Bar, bringing a vibrant mix of Latin American and Mediterranean flavors.
