Gordal olive, Cantabrian anchovy, sourdough crostini, lemon zest, and extra virgin olive oil – a simple yet elegant start inspired by Mediterranean flavours.

Ajoblanco

A refreshing chilled almond and garlic soup served with green grapes, toasted Marcona almonds, and fresh cress. Delicate, creamy, and perfect for a summer evening.

Oxheart tomato carpaccio

Locally grown oxheart tomato with silky burrata cream, basil oil, toasted pine nuts, and microgreens. Fresh, vibrant, and full of Mediterranean character.

Viognier, Prensal Blanc, Giró Ros & Moscatel

A fresh and floral white wine inspired by the island breeze. Delicate notes of stone fruit and citrus are complemented by subtle herbal nuances and a refined mineral finish.

Rebelión (red wine)

Callet and Manto Negro

A red wine with vibrant red fruit aromas, gentle spice, and hints of Mediterranean garrigue. Well-structured yet approachable, with a natural freshness and an elegant finish.

Dedicación (red premium)

A refined red wine, aged for 18 months in French oak. Layers of dark cherry fruit, earthy depth, and delicate spice are supported by fine, velvety tannins and a long, elegant finish.
