Our Story
The idea behind VINS I PLATS - Wines and Dishes was born during a road trip across Mallorca, inspired by the island’s remarkable wines, passionate producers, and unforgettable culinary experiences that deserved to be shared.
Today, we are a group of friends united by our love for Mallorca, its unique wines, local products, and extraordinary flavours. What truly connects us is a passion for bringing people together around the table and creating memorable moments through food, wine, and genuine hospitality.
What began among Mallorca’s vineyards has evolved into a journey across the island. Today, VINS I PLATS brings together wineries, chefs, restaurants, and unique locations to create unforgettable food and wine experiences - from hidden countryside gems to vibrant urban spaces. Always local, always personal, and always centred around great wine, great food, and great company.
